MEMBERSHIP
The application form has instructions. Please follow these carefully.
Any deviation from these instructions will delay the processing of the
application. Incomplete or illegible applications will be returned. The
MSCI By Laws require that all applications must be completed at MSCI.
The main clubhouse is usually open Sunday afternoons and Tuesday and
Wednesday nights. YOU MUST BE SPONSORED BY A SENIOR OR LIFE MEMBER IN
GOOD STANDING.
Please remember that all information on the application for
membership must be completed legibly. The senior or life member in good
standing must endorse the application at this time. NOTE: The applicant
completes the application and signs his/her name to the same; the
senior/life member endorses the application by printing his/her name on
the application along with their member ID #.
The senior member application fee($50) must accompany the application
and is non refundable, although it is credited towards the total
initiation fee of $100. The names of applicants approved by the Board of
Directors must be posted for 30 days for membership review before a
letter can be sent to the applicant to attend a new members meeting,
usually held the last Thursday of the month. All outstanding fees due
for all members must be paid at the new members meeting. Depending on
the time of year, the turn around time to process applications can take
over 120 days.

Membership Levels and Fees
Senior Member $80 per
year and a one time $100 initiation fee
Junior Member $10 per year and
under age 18
Student Member $20 per year age 18 to 21 and a
full time college student
Spouse Member $15 per year and married to
a Senior member
Life Member No
fee a minimum age of 65 AND 20 years membership plus board
approval
