Club Picnic 2008--Photos

Club House Rules

Club House Opens at 9:00 am. 

No Shooting Before 9:00 a.m.

 

Bar Rules

No unauthorized person behind bar (Bar committee, directors and agents only). No firearms permitted at bar or bar area. No alcoholic beverages permitted outside club house. All members must sign in guests and pay for guests' alcoholic beverages. Bar hours will be regulated by the house committee with the majority approval of the board of directors. Last call will normally be given at 11:30 P.M. during week night activities and 5:00 P.M. on Sundays. Special activities and events may be granted a variance with majority approval of the board of directors. No animals are permitted in club house unattended or without proper restraint. No animals are permitted in kitchen at anytime.

 

Picnic Shelter Rules

  1. Rental must be approved by a letter to the Board of Directors, including the rental fee of $150.00 per day.
  2. Clean-up fee is an additional $100.00. total deposit - $250.00.  Please send the rental fee and the cleanup fee in two separate checks.
  3. Clean-up tee will be refunded if picnic shelter is left in a clean and orderly and sanitary condition.
  4. No alcoholic beverages are to be taken from the shelter to the club house, and no alcoholic beverages are to be taken from the club house to the shelter.
  5. All activities are to be held in or adjacent to the picnic shelter.
 

Farm Rules 

  1. The farm shall be closed between midnight and sunrise the following morning. No person shall remain on the farm during these hours, coon hunting excepted. 
  2. No organization is permitted to use the club facilities without first obtaining permission from the Board of Directors. 
  3. It is Unlawful to:
    1. Climb, cut, break or injure any tree or shrub. 
    2. Pick, remove or disturb any plants, flowers, fruits or nuts. 
    3. Deface, damage or remove any buildings, monuments, fences, tables or other property belonging to the club. 
    4. Destroy or deface any notices or rules posted on the farm. 
    5. Kindle a fire for any purpose, except in the places provided for cooking purposes. 
    6. Behave in a boisterous, threatening or in decent manner. 
    7. Use abusive or profane language. 
    8. Throw litter anywhere except in the con-trainers provided for that purpose. 
    9. Drive any vehicle except on provided roadways. 
    10. Gamble, such as dice throwing or card playing.
    11. Consume alcoholic beverages in any shooting areas. 
  4. Garage equipment may only be used by persons designated by the Board of Directors. All persons using club facilities must clean up before leaving.
