Club House Rules

 

Club House Opens at 9:00 A.M.

No Shooting Before 9:00 A.M.

 

 

1.        Speed limit on the road is 15 MPH.

2.        No Parking on grass, anywhere.

3.        No drinking before shooting.

4.        No shooting at the Skeet, Trap, or 5 Stand when the picnic shelter is being used.

5.        No Dry Firing of Guns in ANY MSCI Building.

6.        No hunting with center fire rifles on MSCI property.

7.        Any member using MSCI equipment must have Board of Directors permission and proper training in the use of each piece of equipment.

8.        MSCI will cover any MSCI service member’s dues while in active military service overseas until their return, (Please send request to MSCI Board of Directors).

9.        Only life members or members in good standing can endorse a new/perspective member.

10.    Lead collection is by MSCI Lead Committee Members ONLY.  All other interested parties must seek Board approval before entering the lead zone.

11.    Club Members will be permitted to assist in the clearing of fallen trees on club property throughout the year and keep a reasonable amount of firewood for their personal use.  Provided, no firewood removed from the property shall be sold for profit or given to a non-member of the club and a portion of the cut firewood must be donated to the club for club use.

12.    With the exception of guests participating in MSCI in-house or travel leagues (i.e. skeet, trap, CMP, 3-D, rifle, pistol) or other events authorized by the Board as “open to the public”, a guest is limited to using MSCI facilities a maximum of three times.  After three visits the guest must join MSCI to continue using the facilities.  Reminder:  A guest is not permitted to purchase drinks at the MSCI bar.

13.    Member and non-members may advertise in the MSCI newsletter, with Board approval.

Clubhouse Rental

  1. Rental must be approved by a letter to the Board of Directors, including the rental fee of $250.00 per day.
  2. Clean-up fee is an additional $100.00. total deposit - $350.00.  Please send the rental fee and the cleanup fee in two separate checks.
  3. Clean-up fee will be refunded if the clubhouse is left in a clean and orderly and sanitary condition.
  4. No alcoholic beverages are permitted to be taken outside of the club house under any circumstances.
  5. All activities are to be held in or adjacent to the clubhouse.

Bar Rules

1.     The Bar and the Bar area will be closed and no beverages will be sold during general Membership meetings.

2.     No unauthorized person behind bar.  (Bar committee and Agents only)

3.     No firearms permitted at bar or bar area.

4.     No alcoholic beverages permitted outside clubhouse.

5.     All members must sign in guests and pay for guests’ alcoholic beverages.

6.  The Bar committee with the majority approval of the Board of Directors will regulate hours.  Last call will normally be given at 11:30 P.M. during weeknight activities and 5:00 P.M. on Sunday’s.  Special activities and events may be granted a variance with majority approval of the Board of Directors

7.     No animals are permitted in clubhouse unattended or without proper (leash) restrain
